The current times present us all with great challenges, both personally and in the workplace. Our priority is to maintain the health and well-being of our employees, to continue to provide digital security, and at the same time to maintain our high quality of service. 

At an early stage, we have drawn up a detailed plan to ensure that we can continue to give our all despite the crisis.

Knowing exactly what we are doing

The safety and health of our employees is close to our hearts. To continue to ensure this, we have taken some precautions. Our working hours have been adjusted and some tasks have been transferred to the home office. Where presence is absolutely necessary, our employees always comply with applicable hygiene standards.

We remain up to date on news and comply with national and regional guidelines. In this way, we hope to play our part in containing the SARS-CoV-2 virus.

Safety

Through methods such as remote access, we are able to provide our services securely and reliably, even from a distance, with the consent of our customers.

Needless to say, we maintain our usual high IT security standards at both the hardware and software levels.

We remain reliable

The quality of our services and offers continues to be high as usual. We work closely with our customers and respond quickly and efficiently to suggestions and requests. After solutions are discussed, we implement them promptly either remotely or on-site.

Forward looking

Furthermore, we are prepared for the future. 

Even in our home office, we ensure that our employees receive online training.

We never lose sight of our goals and work conscientiously towards the future. 

All employees receive regular briefings on health and hygiene recommendations and regulations. We obtain the information for this from governmental as well as independent health organizations. 

In addition, we require our employees to self-quarantine for two weeks if contact with an infected person has been confirmed. 

Right now, it is important to us to ensure that our employees remain in active contact with each other as well. We have suspended larger meetings internally until further notice, but as usual we are trying to ensure a pleasant and welcoming  atmosphere.
